September is our favorite month for many reasons. The changing temperatures, the crisp air, new beginnings of a brand new school year, and SELF CARE AWARENESS MONTH. To celebrate the month and highlight the importance of a routine self care practice, we will be hosting a series of Self Care Social - Virtual Wellness Events. Beginning on Sunday, September 13th at 8:00pm via zoom and every Sunday after until September 27th. We will be taking back our POWER through SELF CARE. The Self Care Social Series will cover the following topics: 1)The Power of Decluttering 2) The Power of Journaling 3) The Power of Drinking - Fresh Juices, Smoothies, & Water. -The Power of Journaling

This self care social takes place on Sunday, September 13th at 8pm via zoom and will highlight the mental health benefits of journaling. Topics include gratitude journaling, brain dumping, and general writing as a way to release and process emotions. Register here.

-The Power of Decluttering

This self care social will takes place on Sunday, September 20th at 8pm via zoom and will highlight the spiritual and mental benefits of decluttered environment. Topics include the impacts of clutter on the brain, the spiritual connection to releasing old things, and the mental health impacts of disorganization. Register here.

-The Power of Drinking

This self care social takes place on Sunday, September 27th at 8 pm via zoom and will highlight the importance of proper hydration. Topics include the benefits of water, fresh juices, and smoothies. Participants will receive a superfood smoothie recipe. Register here.
